Babasaheb to B.R. Ambedkar


Bharat Ratna Bhim Rao Ambedkar has been recognised for all his bravery and for one of the maker of modern India . His role in drafting of Indian constitution have been well acknowledged not only this he was also well  renowned for emancipation of dalits and women and for the cause of peasants . B.R. Ambedkar has played a significant role in upliftment of  women's in Indian society through the chapter of fundamental rights in the indian constitution.

Today on his birth anniversary , one recalls his role as an outstanding communicator and the bench mark of excellence he established as the founding editor of several newspapers. His journalism was the journalism of regeneration and reconstruction to unchain the exploited and uplift the excluded. In fact his journalism was based on logic, argumentation, research and unearthing of ideas and facts , He argued for the cause of lower sectioned people and had done all the efforts to elevate their living conditions .

In his last speech in the constituent assembly, Dr Ambedkar said with deep concern that'' if Indians, after having adopted and enacted the constitution, would not follow the constitutional methods for achieving the objectives enriched in it then grammar of anarchy would be the order of the day  '' Dr Ambedkar was a real hero and a role model in a true sense who fought for the citizens of his nation in real life and gave it all for their protection and upliftment.

Now a days when people talk about India , then say " India's  GDP is rising at a rapid pace " and mostly people take it as the welfare of economy but they don't know the difference between the welfare and GDP growth . There exist a lots of externalities between welfare and GDP growth . Hence only rise in GDP cannot be considered as a welfare of the society .
